PM & EN is engaged by the Libyan Investment Development and Holding Company (LIDCO), under the authority of the Housing and Infrastructure Board (HIB), to lead the full project management program for a 30,000 m³/day biological wastewater treatment plant in Zliten. Following contract award in 2024, engineering works are underway alongside the commencement of site execution in June 2026. The facility encompasses over 20 treatment and support units across raw water intake, biological treatment, filtration, UV disinfection, sludge management, and administrative infrastructure.
